CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
Depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation conditions may apply.\At the time of booking, customers are informed of the cancellation conditions for the rate they have selected.
There are currently two rates:
"Non-refundable, non-cancellable": as soon as the booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is invoiced and is non-refundable. A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation, excluding extras, is debited at the time of booking.
"Flexible": cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, or if the customer fails to arrive at the hotel, the first night, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.

After contacting customer service and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contact details are given below:
